Kimiko Miyashiro

Kimiko Miyashiro - known first only as "the Female" - is pulled out of a basement cage by Billy Butcher's crew and becomes the Boys' most terrifying weapon and most fragile soul. Injected with Compound V as a child and trafficked into superhuman violence, she fights with brutal force and speaks almost never: her communication is looks, loyalty and chosen proximity. Mesmer's memory-reading session cracks her story open - her name is Kimiko, and she and her brother Kenji were kidnapped by the Shining Light Liberation Army. Her reunion with Kenji ends in catastrophe when Stormfront kills him mid-fight, and her grief hardens into the quiet ferocity she carries afterwards. Sent to Russia on Butcher's assassination errand, she loses her powers and her healing after Soldier Boy's blast - and, in the same breath, finally speaks and kisses Frenchie. Refusing to stay powerless, she chooses permanent Compound V and fights on: infiltrating Shining Light strongholds, rescuing Hughie from Tek Knight's cave, standing with the Boys through the safe-room siege. Her bond with Frenchie - the one person who saw her as human rather than a weapon to be used or a monster to be contained - remains the show's tenderest friendship. Her choices are rarely spoken but always legible: standing between the Boys and danger, refusing to abandon Frenchie when Little Nina forces the choice of who dies, and choosing family over the weapon everyone else keeps trying to use.

Kimiko Miyashiro - the Female - is pulled out of a basement cage by Billy Butcher's crew and stays: a woman injected with Compound V as a child, turned into a weapon by traffickers, who slowly learns that the Boys are not her captors but her family.

Mute by choice as much as trauma, she fights with terrifying force and communicates in looks, loyalty and chosen proximity - most of all with Frenchie, the first person who treated her as a person instead of a monster or a mission.
