Analysis
Will Trent Season 2 Episode 9 Ending Explained
Spoilers below
This section discusses the ending of "Residente o Visitante" in detail. Stop here if you haven't watched the episode.
The episode splits its time between the island and the city: Puerto Rico gives Will the family context the season has been building — Antonio, Lucy's memory, and the relatives Will never knew — while Atlanta carries the casework. The death of a sex offender that Faith and Ormewood investigate does not resolve neatly inside the hour; it stays open as the season's final case file, with the FBI's Kristen Murphy now part of the working group. The episode's closing specifics were not independently recoverable in this research pass (see source_inventory); no ending claims beyond the Puerto Rico trip and the two active cases are made here.
