Zoe Neuman

Zoe Neuman is Victoria Neuman's daughter, and the domestic life her mother is fighting to protect is the one thing that consistently pulls Neuman away from Vought. Zoe is mostly seen in the spaces between operations, in apartments, cars and safe houses, which makes her a measure of how much of her mother's public self is performance.

She is not only a stake in someone else's story. Zoe carries her mother's compound abilities and uses them. During one operation she unleashes lethal snakes that kill two of President-elect Robert Singer's security agents, an act that collapses the mission and shows how quickly one supe child can change the outcome of a plan built by adults.

The fifth season gives her a decision of her own. Reunited with her father Sameer, Zoe chooses him over the war around them, helping him destroy every virus sample The Boys hold before the two of them leave together. It is a small choice next to the campaigns being fought over Homelander and the presidency, and it is the clearest statement the character gets: when the sides are drawn, Zoe picks her family and walks away from the fight. That inheritance is the reason she cannot be treated as a bystander to any of it, and it is why the adults around her keep trying to move her out of rooms where decisions are being made.

Zoe Neuman is a recurring character in The Boys. Portrayed by Olivia Morandin, the character appears in 6 episodes across 3 seasons. First seen in S3E2, “The Only Man in the Sky”, and last seen in S5E3, “Every One of You Sons of Bitches”.
