Victor Kavanaugh

Victor Kavanaugh is the township's oldest survivor: a man who arrived as a child and grew up inside the nightmare, learning its geography, its cycles and its lies better than anyone alive.

His knowledge makes him essential and his history makes him erratic. Victor's arc is the slow unburdening of a man who buried his memories in order to survive them - and the father he left behind on the outside becomes the key to his past.
