Victoria 'Vic' Neuman

Victoria 'Vic' Neuman enters The Boys as a congresswoman running hearings against Vought and ends it running for the vice presidency with Vought behind her. She is portrayed by Claudia Doumit.

She is careful in public. Lamplighter agrees to testify alongside her, which makes her the respectable face of accountability, and at the very end of Season 2 she is revealed as the head-popper — Alastair Adana's death is hers. By Season 3 she heads the Federal Bureau of Superhuman Affairs with The Boys working for her as contractors, and Hughie copies the records that show she was known as Nadia at Red River and that Stan Edgar took her from that facility.

What she does with the information she has is the point. She uses a press conference meant to discipline Homelander to accuse Stan Edgar of blackmail and obstruction of justice instead, running on evidence Homelander handed her. She becomes Robert Singer's running mate after The Deep kills his first choice, and at a donors' gala Homelander asks the room to invoke the Twenty-Fifth Amendment so she can take the presidency, with Neuman declaring herself the plan's mastermind.

Victoria 'Vic' Neuman is a recurring character in The Boys. Portrayed by Claudia Doumit, the character appears in 5 episodes across 1 season. First seen in S2E1, “The Big Ride”, and last seen in S2E8, “What I Know”.
